In CRESIMECC more accurate and faster controls and inspections thanks to the new CMM ZEISS Accura II, with rotating table, and to the optical measuring machine JENOPTIC Opticline CS608.
Both devices are interconnected (according to industry 4.0 paradigms) to the computerized system of production control.
New process - April 2016
The grinding production process of involute teeth has been introduced.
Operating range: from 0.75 to 6 modules and from 20 to 360 diameters.

New work island - June 2013
The new work island, which consists of a Pfauter P160 CNC gear hobber and an anthropomorphic robot, is now operational.
Thanks to this new island we are able to satisfy customers’ requirements for mass-produced splined shafts with max. module of 2.5 mm and max. length of 200 mm.

New CNC gear cutter - April 2012
This 7 axes CNC gear cutter with CRESIMECC automatic loader is capable of producing splined shafts with usable length of 1000 mm and maximum module of 6, and can make 4 different gear teeth types with a single clamping operation.

Thanks to the i-Man Interactive Manufacturing system, the total quality criteria are applied to incoming checks, in-line checks and at the end of the production process.
